ARLINGTON, VA – Today, the Wireless Infrastructure Association released the following statement on the introduction of the Spectrum Pipeline Act of 2025 by Congressman Rick Allen (GA-12).

“WIA applauds Congressman Rick Allen for reintroducing the Spectrum Pipeline Act in the 119th Congress. The FCC has been without auction authority for too long. Restoring the FCC’s auction authority and ensuring a robust pipeline of new spectrum is essential to ensuring US economic and security interests.”
