“Congratulations to
Commissioner Carr for his approval by the Senate to serve a full term at the
FCC. Commissioner Carr has already made his mark at the Commission as the point

He has a deep appreciation of the role wireless infrastructure plays in 5G
deployment and is committed to maintaining America’s leadership in wireless
investment and innovation. The wireless infrastructure industry appreciates his
collaborative approach and we look forward to continuing to work closely with
Commissioner Carr.
WIA also congratulates
Geoffrey Starks on becoming an FCC Commissioner. Throughout this process, Mr.
Starks has demonstrated a deep understanding of wireless infrastructure issues.
His experience and knowledge will be an asset as he begins his work at the FCC.
