ARLINGTON, Va. – The Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) announced today that Stephanie Brewer, Compliance Coordinator for MUTI-Sabre Industries Telecom Services, is the new Chairperson, and Joel Hightower, CEO of Hightower Communications, Inc., is the new Vice Chairperson of the Telecommunications Industry Registered Apprenticeship Program (TIRAP) Advisory Board.
Outgoing Chairman Paul Roberts, Vice President of Compliance for American Tower Corporation, who just completed a successful term will serve as Chairman Emeritus.
Brewer has been with MUTI since 2007. Stephanie actively participates in National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) initiatives by serving on its Board of Governors, and the Written Exam Management Committee. She also is a member of APEX, Avetta’s Customer Advisory Board.
Hightower started Hightower Communications, Inc. in 1996 after having worked as a tower technician for a decade and having served in the U.S. Navy.
